Included in the most recent update for Google's Chrome browser, the company has introduced software ready for MIDI support. Which means now users and developers do not need the formerly necessary hardware to utilize the musical interface.

Several interfaces have been able to utilize user's keyboards, such as Kyle Stetz's recently introduced Typedummer, but now Google Chrome's Web MIDI API will be able to work with computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
