Google launched a new video chat app that now works exclusively on phones. Google Duo is the tech mogul's answer to FaceTime, and is available for both Android and iPhones. "By being laser-focused on mobile, it enables us to just make sure that we were doing a great, wonderful job on that case," vice president of Google's communications division, Nick Fox said. "For us, we thought 'amazing on mobile, nothing on desktop' was the better approach."

By the looks of it there are a bunch of new features that make it different than its competition. Most notably is "Knock Knock," a strictly Android feature that shows a live video of your caller before you even answer them. Watch the promo video for yourself below.
